What is Strategic E ETF?

Strategic E is the only ETF available here. It tracks the combined price movements of PONS, ORBIO, AI, HOOKR, CASHCAT , five digital assets. It starts at 100 points with a 20% initial contribution from each component. It then tracks prices relative to their initial baselines without continuous equal-weight rebalancing.

Positions are opened and settled in ETH. The ETF level is not a token's execution price, and opening a position does not directly buy or hold the five components. The current interface does not offer shorting, leverage selection or margin trading.

The ETF is calculated directly from V3 time-weighted pool prices without liquidity, observation-age, timestamp-spread or price-deviation filters. Pool spot quotes remain reference-only. Failed reads or calculations remain unavailable.

How to buy and sell

Buying: review, then sign

  1. Connect an Ethereum-compatible wallet and switch to the configured Robinhood network.
  2. Check that ETF prices are valid and current. Review vault reserves and your remaining wallet allowance.
  3. Enter the gross ETH deposit. Review the entry fee, net principal and slippage tolerance, and leave enough ETH for gas.
  4. Read the rules and risks. On the review screen, check the amount, maximum entry ETF and quote deadline before confirming in your wallet.
  5. Wait for on-chain confirmation, then check the position under My positions.

Selling: your wallet, the full position

  1. Open My positions and select an open position owned by the connected wallet.
  2. Fetch a fresh closing quote. Review gross settlement, exit fee, estimated net payout and profit / loss.
  3. Set your payout slippage tolerance, read the risks and confirm the full close in your wallet.
  4. Wait for on-chain confirmation, then verify the actual payout and fee in your position and transaction records.

Clicking submit or receiving a hash does not mean a transaction executed. Changes in balances, limits, prices or the network can cause failure or delays. Failed transactions may still cost gas. Partial closing is not supported.

Principal, returns and final payout

Gross deposit and net principal
A 1% entry fee is deducted from the gross deposit. The remaining ETH becomes the position's net principal.
When the ETF rises
If the exit ETF is above the entry ETF, gross settlement grows with that relative increase. The current mechanism has no cap on upside returns.
When the ETF is flat or falls
Gross settlement uses net principal, then deducts the 1% exit fee. This floor does not return the entire original deposit.
Net payout and net profit / loss
Net payout is gross settlement minus the exit fee. Displayed profit / loss compares this payout with the original gross deposit and excludes gas paid separately by the wallet.
Estimates and actual results
Open-position profit / loss is an estimate at the snapshot quote. Closed positions use on-chain records. The vault pays ETH on a successful close and must have enough available funds.
Principal-protected treasury withdrawals
The administrator can withdraw vault ETH above the total net principal of open positions. No additional reserve is locked for accrued or future profits. Profit payments depend on the ETH remaining in the vault.
Illustrative example: a 0.2 ETH deposit with a flat or falling ETFEntry fee: 0.002 ETH. Net principal: 0.198 ETH.Gross settlement: 0.198 ETH. Exit fee: 0.00198 ETH.Net payout: 0.19602 ETH, or 0.00398 ETH less than the original deposit, before gas.

Illustrative only. Actual payout depends on execution prices and vault funds.

Separate; shown by your wallet

Both ETF fees remain in the same settlement vault. The entry fee is excluded from your net principal and is not double-counted as principal or reserves.

There is no separate holding fee, funding rate or withdrawal fee in the current ETF flow. Slippage is a difference in execution price or payout from the preview, not an additional fee.

Project token trading fees are separate from ETF entry and exit fees. The vault claims its Pons creator revenue directly. Claims require a manual transaction or a running collection worker; no separate receiver contract is used.

These are standard trading rates. Rounding and any temporary launch fees follow the token's own rules. This site currently has no interface for trading the project token.

Limits and the opening reserve gate

Limits apply to total open net principal

Effective reservesNet principal limit per wallet< 4 ETH0.2 ETH≥ 4 ETH2 ETH

Closing releases the principal allowance used by that position. The tier is determined before the new deposit arrives; a deposit cannot raise its own wallet limit tier.

Reserves first, new positions second

The vault starts without initial funding. Effective reserves are its total balance minus open net principal. New positions cannot open with zero effective reserves. Once revenue arrives, all other opening conditions still apply.

When effective reserves are below 4 ETH, new positions must also meet the cumulative replenishment requirement. Each opening adds half of its gross deposit to the required reserve growth. The baseline set on entering low-reserve mode stays fixed rather than resetting after every opening.

For example, opening with 0.15 ETH and then 0.10 ETH raises the cumulative reserve-growth requirement from 0.075 ETH to 0.125 ETH. A deposit cannot meet its own replenishment gate. A reserve decline triggers another check. This gate applies only to opening.

The net principal floor is not a capital guarantee or extra compensation

The current mechanism applies a net principal floor within position settlement, not a separate loss compensation program. It applies to gross settlement when the exit ETF is at or below the entry ETF. The exit fee still applies, and the floor does not cover the entry fee or gas.

There is no separate compensation eligibility, rate, per-position cap or payment schedule, and hypothetical compensation is not included in available balances. Any future program would need to disclose eligible positions, dates, limits, funding and dispute rules separately.

Reserve gates do not guarantee full collateralization. A rising ETF may create payment obligations beyond the vault's ETH balance. Positive effective reserves do not mean every position can settle in full at any time. Actual payment depends on vault funds, valid prices and contract execution.

FAQ

Am I buying the five tokens themselves?

No. You open an ETF position in the vault, denominated and settled in ETH. The five component tokens are not distributed to your wallet, and this flow does not automatically buy them.

Does a rising ETF guarantee a profit?

No. Net profit also depends on entry and exit fees, execution levels and gas. A small increase may not cover the fees. Past performance does not predict future returns.

Can I close part of a position?

Only the owner can close a position, and the entire position must be closed. Partial closing and reinvesting an existing position are not supported. Closing requires valid prices and enough ETH in the vault; immediate execution is not guaranteed.

Can the reference prices on the page be used for settlement?

No. Settlement uses the contract’s V3 time-weighted ETF, not pool spot quotes. The contract calculates without minimum liquidity, quote-age, timestamp-spread or price-deviation filters. Reads or calculations can still fail.

Why can estimated profit differ from the final payout?

Position estimates use the snapshot block shown on the page. Closing fetches a fresh quote, and the contract calculates the amount and deducts fees at execution. Price changes and rounding can cause differences.

Does the net principal floor prevent losses?

No. The floor applies to gross settlement before the exit fee. Entry and exit fees can still create a loss, and gas is separate. Payment also depends on vault funds and successful contract execution.

When is loss compensation paid? Can I claim it alongside profits?

There is no separate loss compensation program, claimable allowance or additional payout. The net principal floor is part of position settlement, not a separate compensation payment.

Why am I over the limit or unable to open a position?

Your open principal may have reached the wallet limit, the amount may exceed contract limits, reserves may be insufficient, replenishment conditions may not be met, or prices may be invalid. The trade page shows the current reason. No new position can open with zero effective reserves.

What should I do if a submitted transaction does not confirm immediately?

Check its status and the block explorer before submitting again. If you speed it up or cancel it in your wallet, enter the replacement transaction hash in the transaction notice for verification. A transaction hash alone does not prove success.

Will the five components always have 20% weights?

No. Each component starts with a 20% contribution. The ETF tracks each price relative to its initial baseline without continuous equal-weight rebalancing. This interface has no rebalancing action. Future rule changes require separate disclosure.

Does pausing new positions automatically close existing ones?

No. A pause on opening or a lower reserve tier does not itself close a position. The opening replenishment gate does not restrict closing, but settlement still requires valid prices, correct ownership and enough vault funds.

How can I report an issue?

Save the time, position ID, transaction hash and error message. A verified support or appeals channel, response deadlines and formal dispute rules have not yet been published. Never share private keys, seed phrases or wallet verification codes.

Risks to understand before participating

Digital asset prices are volatile and trading can cause losses. Past performance, calculator results and the net principal floor do not guarantee returns or recovery of the original deposit.

  • Price and concentration risk: All five components may move sharply together. Holding five assets does not by itself provide adequate diversification.
  • Quote and slippage risk: Pool reference prices, ETF quotes and execution results may differ. A preview is not a payout promise.
  • Liquidity and reserve risk: Insufficient price-source liquidity or vault ETH may prevent opening or closing.
  • Technical and network risk: RPC failures, congestion, chain reorganizations or wallet issues can delay data, cause transaction failures or leave results temporarily unverifiable.
  • Contract and wallet risk: Contract flaws, incorrect permissions or compromised private keys can cause losses.
  • Rules and eligibility risk: The formal service operator, agreement and supported regions remain unpublished. Review the complete rules and your eligibility before any live trade.

Transaction status, issues and rule updates

Awaiting wallet confirmation
You still need to review and sign in your wallet. The transaction has not necessarily been sent.
Transaction pending
Submitted and awaiting on-chain confirmation. Do not treat a hash alone as proof of success.
Confirmed
The receipt and actual operation have been verified. Check the result in positions or transaction records.
Failed, cancelled or unknown
Keep the transaction hash and check the block explorer. If the result is unknown, query its status before resubmitting. Wallet speed-ups and cancellations require replacement verification.

Pausing new positions does not settle existing ones. Invalid prices or insufficient funds may also prevent closing. Check the page status and on-chain records first. The site does not promise fixed confirmation times, exceptional refund deadlines or unpublished compensation.

This page reflects current features and configuration. Formal service terms, rule precedence and effective scope have not been published. Future formal rules should state their version, changes, effective date and applicable orders. Unconfirmed details on this page are not existing commitments.
